i've no idea why nowadays my phone likes to ring in the morning. -.- i slpt pretty late yest so i tht i wld slp in abit since i'm working afternoon shift. Then my boss called n say pearlin wasn't at the shop n he cldn't contact her-familiar situation -.--so he asked me to cab down to open the shop and change shift with pearlin so i'm like o ok lo, don mind earning bit more since when sch starts gotta spend quite abit also. alright so while i'm on my way n reaching, pearlin called n told me she forgot to miss call ann-we'r suppose to miss call our ms boss when we reach shop in the morning-n had already opened the shop for like an hr already n her hp's in her bag so she cldn't hear all our calls. So... i called my boss james n he asked me to go home n can claim taxi fare. but pearlin felt bad so she told boss she wld pay for my cab fare. i actually asked her to let boss pay the full fare since he asked me to cab down de..haha =X the fare came up to $17.20 in the end so pearlin offered to pay $10 n the rest james will waive. haha poor gal, $10's like our pay for 2hrs...but the thing is our shop's equipped with cctv tt's connected to our boss's internet, apparently he didn't view it n he didn't call the shop either. i think he assume it's like the last time. cant remember if i had blogged bout it. there was once when i tht i was working 4pm, but boss said when he sent me the schedule was actually 10am-i remembered my schedule was 4pm , wrote it down but deleted the msg-.- so no evidence haha-so nobody opened the shop n i left my phone in the room so cldn hear it ringing n nobody can get me. when i finally picked up my phone, i had 9 missed calls. so after much commotion with box's staff n boss n me, i had to cancel my tuition n cab down to work but reach only at 12 plus.. guess james tht history do repeat itself so didn call the shop this time n just called me to go down to open the shop directly. haha..but on my way i got a call from the agency saying they have 1 mth temp admin job for me at jurong east $6/hr. i'm going down for interview tml, hopefully i can get tt job. i think God's really moving in my life, think the bs last sat wasn't a coincidence but really a appointed time. The bs teacher shared bout her story on speaking in tongues n how she was very much encouraged n began to speak in tongues in the showers in the morning n encouraged us also to do likewise. so i tried n things juz started happening.. on mon, i received news from ntu tt my appeal had been successful, n becoz now tt i've got a sch i got to decide if i'm gonna continue to work at the box but derrick asked me to look for a better job n earn more for sch at the same tim maximise my time n i'm like dunno can find or not coz only left 1 mth will be diffcult. den on tues which is today i got a job offer coming to my doorstep itself. PTL! it's really timely u see. i think there's really tremendous power in praying in tongues. sometimes we don even noe how to go about praying but the holy spirit noes our heart n desires n needs so when we prayed in tongues actually the holy spirit is really praying for the exact thing tt we need. it's like wat the verse in rom 8:26 says "Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered." hope this will encourage you peeps to speak in tongues always praying w/o ceasing. PTL!=)
